Official Terms and Conditions – DINGO1969 POKER SERIES GIVEAWAY
1. ELIGIBILITY
The DINGO1969 POKER SERIES GIVEAWAY (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of Dan Post Boots, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on Friday, March 7, 2025, and ends on June 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM [time zone] (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
3. HOW TO ENTER
To enter the Giveaway, participants must:
✔️ Collect all four (4) pairs of THE POKER SERIES BOOTS from Dan Post Boots by June 30, 2025.
✔️ Provide proof of purchase by uploading a photo or photos of receipts and/or a photo of your boots with your name and date written on a piece of paper via the official entry form at https://dingo1969.com/pages/poker-series-giveaway.
✔️ Complete the entry form with the following required details:
- Full Name
- Age
- Address
- Phone Number
BONUS ENTRIES
1 Bonus Entry – Purchase THE JOKER BOOTS in addition to the 4 required pairs.
1 Additional Bonus Entry – Post a photo of your collection on Instagram, tag @DINGO_1969, and use #POKERSERIES in your caption.
4. PRIZE DETAILS
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a VIP Trip for Two (2) to Las Vegas, including:
Round-trip airfare from a major U.S. airport
2 nights/3 days stay at Caesars Palace
VIP experience at Ole Red Las Vegas
Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value. Dan Post Boots reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on or about [Drawing Date]. The winner will be notified via [email/phone/DM] within [number] days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within [number] days, a new winner may be selected.
6. GENERAL TERMS
