What is dingo1969.com’s return policy?

You can return items purchased at dingo1969.com, with a prepaid return label following the below policies:

  • You may return your new, unworn boots within 60 days from the date purchase date.
  • Boots should be unworn and still have their tags and original packaging. If the boots have been scuffed or worn outside they cannot be accepted for return.
  • We will not accept boots for return that show signs of wear or misuse.
  • Please retain the packing list for order reference.
  • Unfortunately, we can’t refund shipping charges.
  • If you ordered the boots through an authorized online or in-store retailer, please follow their return policy.
  • A handling fee of $12.00 per pair will be deducted from your refund when the return credit is issued. If the boots are defective or a shipping error was made by us, the charge will be waived.

How do I return my dingo1969.com order?

  • Locate your shipping confirmation email and click the tracking number that takes you to the UPS website.
  • Click on the “Return This Package” button.
  • Complete the form and print the label directly from the link, or take the code to The UPS Store and have the return label printed there.
  • If you believe your boots have a manufacturing defect, please use the UPS return label & mark “Defective”.
  • Returns are generally processed within 7-10 business days after receipt to our warehouse. When your return has been processed and credit issued, you will receive an email notification. Your refund will be in the same form as your original payment. Please note: it could take up to 10 business days before your refund reflects on your account.

Can I exchange my dingo1969.com purchase for another item?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer item exchanges. If you need a different size or style you will need to follow the return instructions and place a new order.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Our orders are packaged and shipped out quickly after they are placed to ensure your boots arrive as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to the product or cancel your order once it is placed.
