Size Down they run big

"I wanted to love these boots. They are tall and well made. The company is amazing. Originally I ordered a 9 and they were too big so I ordered an 8. 5 which still run a bit big. For me these needed to be sized down a whole size. The 8. 5 size I received after returning for a smaller size, were more of an orange color than a true red like the first pair I received. I understand dye lots vary but in the end they didn't match any red Item(s) I have. I still gave 5 stars because the quality is superb and the company is amazing! I own 5 pairs of their boots and will continue to buy from them."

Run larger

"The boots definitely run large. I usually wear an 8 or 8. 5. I opted for the 8. 5 because boots are often tight in the toe box. Unfortunately I had to return them. I’m thinking I could’ve even gone down to a 7. 5. That’s how big it ran on me. Also the calf is quite wide, and I’ve got skinny legs in the zone. Otherwise, the red boots I ordered are stunning! I wish they worked out. I’ll order again."
