"These boots looked worn when they arrived. The leather was lumpy and misshapen, there were dirt scuffs, and loose strings throughout the embroidery. I returned them (at my expense) and gave them another chance only to get a similar pair. I'll never order Dingo boots online again."

"My boots literally came covered in dirt and the strings were frayed and torn and the leather was warped. The worker who packed my shoes must’ve took a stroll before!! Tried to email and all they said was sorry and that I could return them and order again. Like absolutely not okay. Why would I go through all of that hassle and reordering just to chance that they’re bad again. You’d think if I’m spending over $100 on a product; the product would reflect :) have the day y’all deserve"
